The method involves carefully looking at published research papers and analyzing real-world examples. The study examined verbal and non-verbal indicators to understand how assertive, passive, aggressive, and passive-aggressive communication styles impact job performance measures. The findings show how communication dynamics influence organizational success by building collaborative environments and reducing conflicts between people. The results could change how organizations approach and improving job performance. This study calls for a new way of thinking that includes strategies focused on communication in organizations.
